Wayne’s career spans a number of well known and successful restaurant brands. Wayne currently serves on the Board of Directors of Texas Roadhouse and was most recently the CEO of Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza until retiring in 2020. He was previously President and COO of PF Chang’s and Executive VP and Chief Restaurant Operations Officer at BJ's Restaurants. Prior to that, Wayne was a VP of Operations at The Cheesecake Factory. He also served on the board of Craftworks Restaurants, as an independent director from 2015 to 2018.
