He is also an active investor in venture and growth equity in the CPG / SaaS / Fintech sectors. Before co-founding his franchise and real estate businesses in 2012, Sam invested across the capital structure for banks, family offices, and hedge funds for two decades.
Sam holds a BS and an MBA from the Stern School of Business of New York University, where he was a Stern Scholar.
